User Guide for Gmail and GSuite users

3. Editing the Form

If you have already created a form and it is currently saved and in-use, you can edit the form to change form fields. Editing your form will also change your corresponding Google Spreadsheet. You can rename existing field names, add more fields, and delete fields.

Important: If you have existing data such as scanned barcodes and information on your current Google Spreadsheet, deleting a column will erase your existing data in the column. To keep your existing data, rename the column instead. Renaming an existing column will keep your data on your Google Spreadsheet.
